Rosie will focus on developing the company’s Equine product portfolio and use her extensive clinical training to provide technical support and services to Virbac’s Equine customers.
Rosie Naylor has been an equine vet for 11 years. In 2008 she undertook a residency in Equine Internal Medicine at the Royal Veterinary College, following this with a PhD CASE studentship investigating the effect of amino acid supplements on building muscle mass in the horse. She joins Virbac from the Newmarket Equine Hospital where she was a Consultant in Equine Medicine.
‘Joining the Equine Team at Virbac is an exciting step and I’m looking forward to putting my clinical expertise and veterinary experience to good use in a new environment’ said Rosie. ‘My first priority is to get to know our customers to build and maintain strong relationships with them. I’ll also be developing our Equine product range and the support services we offer.’
Clancy Rose, National Sales and Marketing Manager, Virbac UK, added: ‘Rosie’s clinical training and track record in equine medicine makes her a real asset to the company and to our equine customers. She will make a great contribution to the Equine team.’
