Reinforcing their position as the “Worldwide Leader” in Veterinary Imaging, Esaote have developed a new era of ultrasound system.
The MyLab™Delta is a new, robust and easy to clean system that is both portable and affordable. Esaote Veterinary believe they have now moved a step beyond the competition.
Imotek’s General manager, Mike Showell said “As the UK distributor of Esaote veterinary products, it’s fantastic to see Esaote’s continued commitment to the veterinary market with a new innovative design, focused specifically on the needs of the users and the environment in which they work”.
With features never before seen on an Esaote Mylab™ ultrasound system, the Delta truly has been designed to meet the needs of the modern equine vet.
The robust build quality includes a 13inch of Gorilla glass screen, strengthening of the system chassis and a splash-proof casing. The sealed keyboard and casing safeguards against hair, dust, gel and other external contaminants from soiling the keys and hindering system operation.
All aspects have been designed to ensure reliable operation in the field, offering peace of mind that the system is suitable for the demanding and unpredictable equine practitioner’s environment.
The system covers all equine applications with impressive image quality. The veterinary specific software is easy and intuitive to use, improving workflow and time efficiency.
Based on Esaote’s modular architecture, the MyLab™Delta is fully configurable to the individual needs of the user. The system is an ideal solution for a high quality dedicated tendon or reproduction scanner, and can be easily upgraded with colour Doppler, spectral Doppler and offers complete cardiac capabilities.
A large internal solid state hard drive, DICOM, WIFI and USB connection means storing and exporting data is quick, simple and efficient.
Imotek’s Equine Product Manager, Joanna Cooke commented “I was lucky enough to be involved with the pre-production testing for the MyLab™Delta earlier this year, and it was clear then that this would be a great system for equine use. After a few months patiently waiting, finally the finished product has arrived and I can’t wait to start taking it out to show our customers”.
